The National Government Affirmative Action Fund (NGAAF) is a Government agency established under the Public Finance Management Act, 2012 (National Government Affirmative Action Fund) Regulations 2016.The objective of the Fund is to empower the affirmative action groups: women, youth and Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) at the County level through enhancing access to financial facilities for social–economic empowerment.

The Fund Board wishes to engage four (4) interns for a period of three (3) months in various fields of specialization as listed below:

Finance and Accounts

1

Degree in Accounting and Finance, CPA/CPS finalists will have an added advantage

2.

Information Technology

1

Degree in Electronic and Electrical Engineering, ICT, Bachelor of Business Information Technology, Knowledge of both Hardware and software will be an added advantage.

3.

Records Management

1

Degree or Diploma in Records Management. Knowledge of Electronic Data Management Systems will be an added advantage

4.

Programs administrator/Officer

1

-Hold a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university in Business administration, Economics, project management, or Social Science.

-knowledge on project cycle related activities and a management course lasting not less than four weeks from a recognized institution will be added advantages

OTHER REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Personal accident insurance cover for the internship period.
  • Valid Certificate of good conduct.
  • Copy of PIN Certificate.
  • NHIF Card.
  • Must fulfill the requirements of Chapter Six (6) of the Constitution of Kenya, 2010 on leadership and integrity.
